This protein is comprised of the Ig-like repeats, transmembrane domain and the tyrosine kinase domain of fibroblast growth factor receptor 3 fused to most of the brain-specific angiogenesis inhibitor 1-associated protein 2-like protein 1, including the membrane curvature-inducing IMD domain and the SH3 domain.
