PSA/PSMA/PSCA-encoding DNA Plasmid Vaccine PF-06755990

**Semantic type:** Immunologic Factor|Nucleic Acid, Nucleoside, or Nucleotide|Pharmacologic Substance

**Definition:** A DNA vaccine consisting of plasmids encoding the tumor-associated antigens (TAAs) human prostate-specific antigen (PSA), prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) and prostate stem cell antigen (PSCA), with potential immunostimulating and antineoplastic activities. Upon administration via intramuscular electroporation, the PSA/PSMA/PSCA-encoding DNA Plasmid Vaccine PF-06755990 expresses PSA, PSMA and PSCA, which may elicit a cytotoxic T-lymphocyte (CTL) response against tumor cells that are expressing PSA, PSMA and PSCA, resulting in tumor cell lysis. PSA, PSMA and PSCA are overexpressed on a variety of cancer cell types.

**Synonyms:** - PF 06755990 - PF-06755990 - PF06755990 - PSA/PSMA/PSCA-encoding pDNA Vaccine PF-06755990
