Anti-SARS-CoV-2 Monoclonal Antibodies ADM03820
**Semantic type:** Amino Acid, Peptide, or Protein|Immunologic Factor|Pharmacologic Substance
**Definition:** A 1:1 mixture of two human immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1) monoclonal antibodies directed against the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2), that can potentially be used for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19. Upon administration of anti-SARS-CoV-2 monoclonal antibodies ADM03820, the two monoclonal antibodies specifically target and non-competitively bind to SARS-CoV-2, thereby neutralizing SARS-CoV-2. This may slow the progression of the disease and accelerate recovery, and may potentially provide temporary protection against infection with SARS-CoV-2.
**Synonyms:** - ADM 03820 - ADM-03820 - ADM03820
