MYB/QKI Fusion Gene

**Definition:** A fusion gene that results from a ~30kb deletion, del(6)(q23q26), that fuses the first 9 or 15 exons of the MYB gene to exon 5 of the QKI gene. This fusion is associated with angiocentric gliomas.
