**Definition:** A cell line derived from C57BL/6 murine colon adenocarcinoma cells. The cells are adherent and have a fibroblast morphology. MC38 cells will form tumors and metastases post-implantation into syngeneic C57BL/6 mice or immunocompromised mice.
