**Definition:** An algorithm designed to use the prevalence of genetic features in cases of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma to estimate the likelihood that a feature is associated with a genetic subtype and combines these likelihoods to calculate a probability that a tumor belongs to one of seven genetic subtypes.
