**Definition:** Acute graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) that presents with stage 1 (maculopapular rash <25% of body surface area) or stage 2 (maculopapular rash 25-50% of body surface area) skin involvement, but without liver, or upper or lower gastrointestinal tract involvement.
