**Definition:** An enteric-coated capsule formulation composed of a live Enterococcus strain derived from the human gut microbiome, with potential immunostimulating and antineoplastic activities. Upon administration of the human-derived Enterococcus strain MNC-168, the bacteria may activate the immune system through various mechanisms, including, but not limited to, the recruitment of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) and cytotoxic CD4+ and CD8+ T-cells in the tumor microenvironment (TME). This may enhance anti-tumor immune responses and may eradicate tumor cells.
