**Definition:** A preparation of autologous ex-vivo expanded central memory T (Tcm) cell-like tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) derived from the patient's tumor tissue and peripheral blood, with potential immunostimulatory and antineoplastic activities. Upon isolation and ex-vivo treatment, the therapeutic ex-vivo-treated autologous TIL-Tcm cells, upon reintroduction into the patient, can activate an antitumor immune respone and eradicate tumor cells.
