**Definition:** Peptide MHC Complexes consist of proteolytically-processed low molecular weight amino acid fragments of antigenic foreign proteins noncovalently bound to self MHC antigens and displayed on the surface of antigen presenting macrophages to helper T cells as an important part of an immune response.
