Mullerian Papilloma

**Definition:** A benign papillary neoplasm that arises from the cervix or vagina. It mostly occurs in prepubertal girls and rarely in adolescents or young adults. It is characterized by the presence of a fibrovascular core covered by cuboidal or columnar epithelial cells. Squamous metaplasia may be present. Cytologic atypia is absent.
