clonoSEQ Assay

**Definition:** A next generation sequencing-based proprietary immunogenetic assay that identifies and quantitates the expression of the B-cell receptor (BCR) and T-cell receptor (TCR) variable, diversity and joining segments in a peripheral blood sample from subject. This assay can establish a genetic barcode for clonal lymphoid malignancies, including multiple myeloma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), and B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL), and can be leveraged to monitor clonal recurrence and/or measurable residual disease during and after treatment.
