Dibotatug
**Semantic type:** Amino Acid, Peptide, or Protein|Immunologic Factor|Pharmacologic Substance
**Definition:** A human non-fucosylated immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1) monoclonal antibody directed against the cell surface receptor and natural killer cell antigen CD94 (killer cell lectin-like receptor D1; KLRD1), with potential immunomodulating and antineoplastic activities. Upon administration, dibotatug targets and binds to CD94 expressed on CD94-expressing tumor cells and induces fracticide via antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC). This depletes CD94-expressing tumor cells and may reduce tumor cell proliferation. Also, dibotatug may modulate immune responses in certain autoimmune conditions. CD94, a transmembrane receptor, is expressed on mature, cytotoxic lymphocytes such as healthy natural killer (NK) cells and terminally differentiated CD8 T-cells. It is upregulated on certain lymphomas and leukemias, such as large granular lymphocyte leukemia (LGLL) cells.
**Synonyms:** - DIBOTATUG - DR 01 - DR-01 - DR01 - Monoclonal Antibody DR-01
