GCT/RES Format

**Semantic type:** Qualitative Concept

**Definition:** A tab-delimited text file that contains gene expression data as a column for each sample, a row for each gene, and an expression value for each gene in each sample. RES differs from GCT by having labels for each gene's absent (A) versus present (P) calls as generated by Affymetrix's GeneChip software.
