**Definition:** A score based on a gene signature profile that measures the expression of MHC class II genes and genes that are involved in the MHC class II immune response pathway that has been normalized to the geometric mean of the expression of housekeeping genes. Expression of the MHC class II pathway correlates with disease-free survival and low risk for recurrence.
