**Definition:** A score developed by the Coronary Artery Disease Reporting and Data System (CAD-RADS) to standardize reporting of the extent of coronary artery stenosis in patients undergoing coronary CT angiography (CCTA) and to guide patient management. All vessels greater than 1.5 mm in diameter are assessed for the most clinically relevant (usually highest-grade) stenosis.
