**Definition:** An adenocarcinoma that arises from the urinary tract and is characterized by the presence of malignant cells with clear and eosinophilic cytoplasm arranged in tubulo-cystic, papillary, or solid growth patterns. It usually arises from the urethra but can also occur in the bladder. It predominantly affects females and usually has an aggressive clinical course.
