**Definition:** A rare subtype of prostate acinar adenocarcinoma that morphologically resembles high-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia. It is characterized by the presence of large malignant glands lined with pseudostratified epithelium. It is graded as Gleason score 3+3=6.
