Decipher Genomic Score

**Definition:** A score from 0 to 1 that is calculated from a proprietary genetic test that evaluates the risk of clinical metastasis and cancer-specific mortality in prostate cancer. A score of less than 0.45 indicates a low risk while a score greater than 0.6 indicates a higher risk.
