**Definition:** A flexible brachytherapy applicator used to facilitate the delivery of radiation therapy treatments to irregularly shaped anatomic locations. The applicator can be cut to any size and shape in order to best accommodate the target area. Treatment catheters are embedded in the flap in a configuration that creates a gap between the source channels and between the tissue and source.
