**Definition:** A preparation of autologous T-lymphocytes that have been genetically modified to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) specific for an as of yet undisclosed tumor-associated antigen (TAA), with potential immunostimulating and antineoplastic activities. Upon administration, autologous CAR T cells U87 specifically targets and binds to tumor cells that express the undisclosed TAA, resulting in tumor cell lysis.
