Anti-CD19/CD3 Bispecific Antibody CN201
**Semantic type:** Amino Acid, Peptide, or Protein|Immunologic Factor|Pharmacologic Substance
**Definition:** A bispecific antibody and a T-cell engager targeting both the tumor-associated antigen (TAA) CD19, and the T-cell surface antigen CD3, with potential immunostimulating and antineoplastic activities. Upon administration, anti-CD19/CD3 bispecific antibody CN201 binds to both the CD3 antigen on T-cells and the CD19 antigen expressed on tumor cells. This results in the cross-linking of T-cells and tumor cells, and induces a cytotoxic T-lymphocyte (CTL) response against CD19-expressing tumor cells. CD19 antigen is a B-cell specific cell surface antigen overexpressed in B-cell lineage malignancies.
**Synonyms:** - Anti-CD19/Anti-CD3 Bispecific Antibody CN201 - CD19 x CD3 Bispecific Antibody CN201 - CN 201 - CN-201 - CN201
