**Semantic type:** Neoplastic Process

**Definition:** Locoregional tumor with one or more IDRFs. The tumor may be ipsilateral contiguous within body compartments (i.e., a left-sided abdominal tumor with left-sided lung, bone or pleura involvement should be considered stage L2). However, a clearly left-sided abdominal tumor with right-sided lung, bone or pleura (or vice-versa) involvement is defined as metastatic disease.
