Myeloid/Lymphoid Neoplasms with FLT3 Rearrangement

**Definition:** Hematologic neoplasms characterized by the rearrangement of the FLT3 gene, most often resulting in the formation of t(12;13)(p13.2;q12.2)/ETV6-FLT3 fusion transcripts. Patients usually present with T-ALL or myeloid sarcoma.
