**Definition:** A group of myeloid disorders that occur in childhood and/or are associated with germline gene mutations. It includes juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia, juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia-like neoplasm, refractory cytopenia of childhood, Noonan syndrome-associated myeloproliferative disorder, and myeloid neoplasm with germline predisposition.
