**Definition:** A sublineage variant of the XBB.1.5 recombinant lineage of SARS coronavirus 2. This lineage has the same amino acid variations as XBB.1.5 but also harbors the amino acid substitutions G519S in the ORF1a protein and H146K in the spike glycoprotein.
