**Definition:** A predictive score for breast cancer reoccurrence based on the activity of 12 genes in breast cancer cells. This expression data is combined with tumor size and presence or absence of lymph node metastasis to calculate a risk score. The score is a number between 1.1 and 6.2, which correlates with either a low-risk or high-risk of recurrence, respectively.
