Anti-CLL1/Anti-CD33 CAR-T Cells LCAR-AMDR

**Semantic type:** Cell|Pharmacologic Substance

**Definition:** A preparation of T-lymphocytes that have been genetically modified to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) specific for the tumor-associated antigens (TAAs) C-type-lectin-like molecule-1 (CLL-1; CLL1; C-type lectin domain family 12 member A; CLEC12A) and CD33, with potential immunomodulating and antineoplastic activities. Upon administration, the anti-CLL1/anti-CD33 CAR-T cells LCAR-AMDR specifically and simultaneously target and bind to CD33- and CLL1-expressing tumor cells. This induces selective toxicity in CD33- and CLL1-expressing tumor cells. CD33 is expressed on normal non-pluripotent hematopoietic stem cells and is overexpressed on myeloid leukemia cells. CLL1, a member of the C-type lectin/C-type lectin-like domain (CTL/CTLD) superfamily, is overexpressed in leukemic stem cells (LSCs) and plays an important role in disease progression and relapse for myeloid malignancies.

**Synonyms:** - Anti-CLL1/CD33 CAR T-cells LCAR-AMDR - CLL-1/CD33-targeted CAR T Cells LCAR-AMDR - LCAR-AMDR
