**Definition:** A cancer vaccine consisting of recombinant replication-deficient modified vaccinia Ankara (MVA) viral vector encoding genes for the prostate cancer-associated antigens prostate-specific antigen (PSA), prostatic acid phosphatase (PAP), six-transmembrane epithelial antigen of the prostate 1 (STEAP1), and 5T4 oncofetal antigen, with potential immunostimulatory and antineoplastic activities. Upon administration, MVA-PSA/PAP/STEAP1/5T4 prostate cancer vaccine MVA-PCAQ expresses PSA, PAP, STEAP1 and 5T4 peptides, which may elicit humoral and cellular immune responses against prostate cancer cells expressing these antigens.
