Autologous Vaccine-enhanced Ex Vivo Activated Cancer Neoantigens-specific T-cells TVI-Brain-1
**Semantic type:** Cell|Immunologic Factor|Pharmacologic Substance
**Definition:** A preparation of autologous T-lymphocytes collected from the patient after the administration of a personalized cancer vaccine composed of an attenuated form of patient-specific cancer cells and an immunological adjuvant, via leukapheresis, and activated ex vivo, with potential immunostimulating and antineoplastic activities. Cancer neoantigens-specific T-cells are collected after the administration of the personalized cancer vaccine and expanded ex vivo. Upon administration, the autologous vaccine-enhanced ex vivo activated cancer neoantigens-specific T-cells TVI-Brain-1 recognize and bind to tumor cells expressing the cancer neoantigens, resulting in a cytotoxic T-lymphocyte (CTL)-mediated immune response against the patient's tumor cells.
**Synonyms:** - TVI-Brain 1 - TVI-Brain-1 - TVI-Brain1
