Cystathionine Gamma-Lyase

**Definition:** Cystathionine gamma-lyase (405 aa, ~45 kDa) is encoded by the human CTH gene. This protein is involved in the last step in the trans-sulfuration pathway from L-methionine to L-cysteine.
