**Definition:** A 14-gene molecular stratification test to identify which patients with non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) have a high risk of recurrence and may benefit from adjuvant chemotherapy. It is appropriate for patients with stage IA, IB or IIA non-squamous NSCLC with a tumor size of less than 5 cm and with no nodal involvement (N0), who have undergone surgical resection.
