Neldaleucel
**Semantic type:** Cell|Pharmacologic Substance
**Definition:** A preparation of autologous, ex vivo-expanded, CD4- and CD8-positive T-lymphocytes specific for six tumor-associated antigens (TAAs), with potential immunomodulating and antineoplastic activities. Upon administration of neldaleucel, the T-cells target, bind to and induce selective toxicity in cancer cells overexpressing one or more of these six TAAs. By targeting more than one antigen, neldaleucel may be able to induce a better and more durable anti-tumor response due to its ability to overcome antigen loss.
