Oncotype DX Colon Cancer Assay

**Definition:** A diagnostic assay that quantifies to the risk of cancer recurrence in patients with anatomic stage II, T3 or T4, MMR-P, or stage III A/B colon cancers. It looks at the expression of 7 cancer genes and 5 reference genes to stratify patients into high or low recurrence groups.
