Mature Plasmacytoid Dendritic Cell Proliferation Associated with Myeloid Neoplasm

**Definition:** A clonal proliferation of plasmacytoid dendritic cells in patients with defined myeloid neoplasms. It is characterized by neoplastic proliferations of mature cells with plasmacytoid morphology in the skin, bone marrow, and very rarely, lymph nodes. Patients are predominantly older males.
