Littoral Cell Angioma

**Definition:** A very rare benign vascular neoplasm that is unique to the spleen and is characterized by vascular proliferations with a hybrid endothelial-histiocytic phenotype. Most patients are asymptomatic, and the tumor is discovered incidentally on imaging studies performed for other reasons.
