Sclerosing Angiomatoid Nodular Transformation of Spleen

**Definition:** A benign, circumscribed lesion that arises from the spleen and is composed of multiple angiomatoid nodules in a fibrosclerotic stroma. It most often affects middle-aged females. It is usually asymptomatic, and most cases are detected incidentally on imaging studies.
