**Definition:** A sublineage variant of the XBB.1 recombinant lineage of SARS coronavirus 2. This lineage has the same amino acid variations in the spike glycoprotein as XBB.1 but harbors additional amino acid substitutions T4175I in the ORF1a protein and F486P and Q613H in the spike glycoprotein.
