**Definition:** A group of autoimmune substances in the P450 mixed-function oxidase system that may be comprised of (but not limited to) cytochrome P450 2D6 (LKM type 1), P450 2C9 (LKM type 2) and P450 1A2 (LKM type 3). They are commonly associated with autoimmune hepatitis.
