Salivary Gland Microsecretory Adenocarcinoma

**Definition:** A rare, low-grade adenocarcinoma that arises from the salivary gland. Almost all cases have been described in the oral cavity. It is characterized by a microcystic growth pattern, uniform intercalated duct-like tumor cells, basophilic luminal secretions, and fibromyxoid stroma formation. It is associated with MEF2C-SS18 fusion gene expression.
