Hyalinizing Clear Cell Carcinoma

**Definition:** A rare, slow-growing carcinoma characterized by the presence of malignant clear and eosinophilic cells in a hyalinized stroma. It has been described in the salivary glands and lung. Most cases are associated with translocation of EWSR1 and ATF1, resulting in the formation of EWSR1-ATF1 fusion gene. The prognosis is good.
