**Definition:** A recombinant fusion protein that is made of the E2-subunits from three main M2-antigens branched-chain 2-oxoacid dehydrogenase, pyruvate dehydrogenase complex (PDC) and 2-oxoglutarate dehydrogenase. It can be considered as an autoantigen and is commonly associated with primary biliary liver cirrhosis and other autoimmune liver diseases.
