Lymphoepithelial Cyst

**Definition:** A benign, unilocular or multilocular cyst that usually arises from the head and neck (most commonly salivary glands) and pancreas. It is lined by epithelial cells and has a dense lymphoid stroma. It has been described in immunocompetent individuals and HIV-positive patients.
