**Definition:** A preparation of autologous tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) derived from each patient's resected tumor and expanded ex vivo, with potential immunomodulating and antineoplastic activities. Upon administration back into the patient, the autologous TILs GC101 specifically recognize and kill the patient's tumor cells.
