Allogeneic CD33CAR-CD3zeta-4-1BB-expressing T-lymphocytes
**Semantic type:** Cell|Pharmacologic Substance
**Definition:** A preparation of allogeneic T-lymphocytes transduced with a lentiviral vector expressing a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) specific for the CD33 antigen, coupled to the signaling domain of 4-1BB (CD137) and the zeta chain of the T-cell receptor (TCRzeta), with potential immunomodulating and antineoplastic activities. Upon administration, allogeneic CD33CAR-CD3zeta-4-1BB-expressing T-lymphocytes target and induce selective toxicity in CD33-expressing tumor cells. CD33 is expressed on normal non-pluripotent hematopoietic stem cells and on myeloid leukemia cells.
**Synonyms:** - Allogeneic Anti-CD33 CAR-CD3zeta-4-1BB-expressing T-cells - Allogeneic Anti-CD33-CAR-CD3zeta-4-1BB-expressing T-cells
