Autologous IL-7-expressing TILs ADP-TILIL7

**Definition:** A preparation of autologous tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) engineered to express the cytokine interleukin-7 (IL-7), with potential immunomodulating and antineoplastic activities. The TILs are isolated from an autologous tumor sample and transduced with a lentiviral vector to express IL-7. Upon infusion of the autologous IL-7-expressing TILs ADP-TILIL7 back into the patient, the TILs specifically recognize, target and kill the patient's tumor cells. IL-7 is a cytokine that promotes the proliferation and survival of T-cells and may enhance the activity and durability of the TILs.
