Skin Aneurysmal Fibrous Histiocytoma

**Definition:** A variant of fibrous histiocytoma of the skin characterized by the presence of blood-filled spaces, hemosiderin deposition, and spindle-shaped neoplastic cells in the dermis. There is peripheral entrapment of collagen bundles, and the overlying epidermis is hyperplastic.
