Poikilodermatous Plaque-Like Hemangioma

**Definition:** A skin hemangioma characterized by the proliferation of small blood vessels in the superficial dermis and loss or reduction of elastic fibers. It manifests with erythematous or violet color plaques described as poikilodermatous. Almost all lesions arise in the lower extremities in elderly males.
