**Definition:** A proprietary test that predicts whether a patient's 10 year risk of recurrence with ductal breast carcinoma in situ could be reduced by radiation therapy following breast-conserving surgery. The assay looks at the expression of seven genes and reports a decision score (DS) based on those biomarkers combined with clinicopathologic factors.
