**Definition:** A finding about one or more characteristics of appendix neuroendocrine tumor, following the rules of the TNM AJCC v9 classification system. This classification system applies only to well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumors of the appendix (NET G1, G2, and G3). It does not apply to high-grade neuroendocrine carcinoma (NEC), goblet cell adenocarcinoma, and mixed adenocarcinoma-NET/NEC. (from AJCC 9th Ed.)
